Fashion has always been more than just clothing to me—it’s a story, a feeling, a piece of history brought to life. My journey into design began in childhood when my grandmother first introduced me to the art of sewing. What started as simple stitches on a fabric scrap turned into an unwavering passion for creating timeless, elegant pieces that reflect both nostalgia and modernity.
A Love Affair with Coastal and Scandinavian Style
Growing up near the coast, I have always been drawn to the effortless elegance of the sea. The crisp ocean breeze, the soft neutral tones of the sand, and the vibrant hues of a sunset—all of these elements have deeply influenced my approach to fashion. At the same time, the simplicity and understated sophistication of Scandinavian design have captured my heart. I love the balance of structure and fluidity, practicality and beauty.
This duality—the retro charm of the 60s and the clean, effortless Scandinavian aesthetic—is at the core of everything I create. I want my designs to feel like a warm summer memory: light, playful, and yet undeniably refined.
The Magic of Vintage Inspiration
There is something incredibly special about vintage fashion. It tells stories of past decades, moments in time that shaped our style today. My personal wardrobe is filled with pieces that nod to the elegance of the 60s—structured silhouettes, playful yet sophisticated patterns, and fabrics that feel luxurious yet breathable. I aim to bring these same nostalgic elements into my own designs, reinterpreting them for the modern woman who values both femininity and ease.
Designing for Confidence and Comfort
For me, fashion is about more than just appearance—it’s about how a piece makes you feel. I believe that true style lies in the confidence and ease that comes with wearing something that reflects who you are. Whether it’s a breezy linen dress that moves effortlessly with the wind or a well-tailored set that makes you feel empowered, my goal is to create pieces that blend nostalgia with contemporary elegance.
